Return and Exchange Policy


At Nola Natural Soap Shop, we are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality, handcrafted natural soaps. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Products that can be returned or exchanged
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
* Receiving a damaged or broken product upon delivery.
* Receiving a product different from what was ordered.

Note: Due to the nature of our products (natural handmade soap), we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products, for health safety.

2. Allowed time period
A return or exchange request must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
No application will be accepted after this period.

3. Return Terms
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or order number.

In the event of an accepted return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned product.

4. Shipping cost
If the error is on our part (such as sending the wrong or damaged product), we cover all shipping costs.

In other cases, the customer bears the shipping costs for return or exchange.

6. Cancel the order before shipping:
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet by contacting us directly. If the product has already shipped, the above return terms apply.
