* Within the Kingdom: from 2 to 7 working days.
* To the Gulf countries or other countries (if international shipping service is available): from 7 to 14 working days depending on the shipping company.

3. Shipping cost:
* Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout based on region and weight.
* Free shipping for orders exceeding 200 riyals within Riyadh and 400 riyals within the cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Unsuccessful connection:
If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to respond, you may be contacted, or the order may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
5. Packaging:
Products are carefully packaged using heat shrink wrap to ensure their safety during shipping.
6. Problems during delivery:
If the product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos.
